Click on the “Listen Now!” link of a shiur with the right mouse button and select “Save Target As” (if you are using Internet Explorer) or “Save Link As” (if you are using Firefox). You will be prompted to save the MP3 file to your computer – do so.

To copy a file to your iPod, follow the instructions above to download the file. Open, iTunes, and select "File -> Add File To Library" (or just press Ctrl + o) and select the fiel you downloaded.
