Good morning Rabbosai.
So if you imitzidecha implement the first half of the pasuk, so then Hakadosh Baruch Hu imitzido implements the second half of the pasuk. What does that mean? Let's see the Gra. It's a wide path, one which is very visible, very public. You in everything that you're able to perceive, so that's what you're responsible for. A person can only be responsible for what he knows, for what he can perceive. So בכל הדרכים הגלויים לך, again derech is open, is visible, is public. בכל הדרכים הגלויים לך in all the ways that are known to you. Tireh atah lada'at, see to it that you orient and calibrate what you're doing for Yedias Hashem. How does da'eihu translate into ta'aseh l'shem shamayim? Because how does a person know Hakadosh Baruch Hu by eating breakfast? It doesn't. With all respect to Cheerios, they don't really seem to yield too much insight into Yedias Hashem. So the answer is that ta'aseh l'shem shamayim if a person A, calibrates and B, orients what he does l'shem shamayim, then everything he's doing is contributing to that goal of da'eihu. And then in turn, if a person does this, so then Hakadosh Baruch Hu reciprocates as it were with vehu iyasher orchotecha. Orach hu be’iskasya. Orach is a narrow path, let's say a path that one might not even notice. So hu be’iskasya something that's hidden, behester. As Dovid HaMelech asks ministoros nakeni, Hakadosh Baruch Hu, here's the deal as it were kavyachol. I'm gonna do my best to avoid pitfalls, to avoid cheit that I'm aware of and then you cleanse me, you steer me clear from those pitfalls that I'm unable to detect. אורח הוא באתכסיא בהסתר כלומר ומנסתרות הוא ינקה vehu iyasher orchotecha and he will steer you along a straight narrow path shelo tikashel that you will not stumble. Veha’inyan just from this next comment of the Gra we get a tiny, tiny partial glimpse of just how everything is so meduyak and everything just so coordinated in the psukim. We refer to Hakadosh Baruch Hu twice in the pasuk. We refer to him in da’eihu. Da’eihu means know him, so the hei vav is a pronoun referring to Hakadosh Baruch Hu, again a pronoun as a suffix in da’eihu. And then we refer to Hakadosh Baruch Hu again with the word hu. The first time we refer to Hakadosh Baruch Hu only with the osios hei vav. The second time with the אותיות ה"ו א. That represents the nigleh of Torah. Hei representing Chamisha Chumshei Torah, Vav representing the Shisha Sidrei Mishna, Shis Sidrei Mishna. Ach yadu’a that in addition to the exoteric meaning and dimension of Torah She’bichesav, of Torah She’ba’al Peh, Shisha Sidrei Mishna, אך ידוע שבהם גנוזים הסוד שהוא הנעלם. But we know that there's also a hidden esoteric dimension as well, and that's represented by vehu sod ha’aleph because if you take again every letter in the aleph-beis can be written as a word also, right? So beis is. So if you take the osyos of aleph lamed fei and you read them backwards, shehu hapelle, right? It's the same, same osyos.
when when you have that combination of the hei vav on the one hand with the aleph on the other hand, moreh, it indicates al nistor venelam. The hei vav again representing the nigla but then the presence of the aleph represents the nistor venelam as well. Vezehu, so this is so extraordinary. So when we were talking about bechol derachecha again in in ways that that you're able to perceive, right? A derech is a wide, easily visible, public public path. So then it's bechol derachecha da'ehu.
You again you orient the nigla, that which is visible to you, that which is known to you, that which is perceptible to you. Vehu, and then in in return vehu, not just the hei vav but the aleph representing the pelle, again, literally the word pelle, we use it to mean wonder often, but literally what the word means, כי יפלא ממך דבר למשפט is davar hamuchseh mimcha. And as the, and then Onkelos taytsh: כי יפלא ממך דבר למשפט is davar which is which is muchseh and and muvdal mimcha. Okay, so we'll we'll stop here. If it won't shteir the chazara, we can have bli neder the other shiur at 11:30. If those whose video on, thumbs up? Okay, so בלי נדר אם ירצה השם, so in the tent at 11:30, בלי נדר אם ירצה השם. Okay rabosai, thank you very much, have a very good productive morning, be well, be safe.
